Our client is seeking an accomplished Nursing Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services in Limpopo. This senior position requires a professional who can drive clinical excellence staff development and high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across nursing services.
• Oversee clinical operations and nursing standards.
• Lead workforce planning staffing and resource management.
• Drive clinical governance quality assurance and patient safety.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management advantageous.
• Proven experience in a senior nursing management role.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and healthcare standards.
• Excellent leadership financial and operational management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
