NOC Engineer

We are seeking skilled Onsite Network Engineers to operate and manage the Network Operations Centre (NOC) providing Tier 2 support while supporting the existing permanent team. The role focuses primarily on first-line support calls with additional involvement in projects design deployment and troubleshooting of both networking and collaboration solutions.

• Operate and manage the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
  
• Provide Tier 2 support for network and collaboration issues.
  
• Handle and resolve 1st line support calls and incidents.
  
• Perform end-to-end network monitoring and incident management.
  
• Participate in network and collaboration projects.
  
• Design deploy configure and troubleshoot:
  
• Cisco networking infrastructure
  
• Cisco Collaboration (CUCM/Voice)
  
• Support and maintain LAN WAN and collaboration systems.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across security connectivity and voice environments.
  
• Maintain and update technical documentation and operational procedures.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
  

• Matric and a Degree
  
• CCNP Certifications - Mandatory
  
• CCNP Collaboration (Voice) Minimum 3 years practical experience
  
• CCNP Routing & Switching Minimum 3 years practical experience
  
• CCNP Security Minimum 3 years practical experience
  

• Practical experience in running and operating a NOC environment.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in:
