Job Summary
A leading investment and advisory firm is seeking a high-calibre Analyst to join its team. The role offers exposure to corporate finance capital raising and strategic advisory across a diverse client base with the opportunity to work on complex transactions alongside experienced dealmakers.
Role Purpose:
The Analyst will support senior team members in executing transactions financial analysis and client advisory mandates requiring strong technical skills attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial modelling valuation analysis and scenario planning
- Prepare high-quality client presentations pitch decks and information memoranda
- Perform industry market and company research to support transactions
- Assist with deal execution including due diligence and transaction coordination
- Analyse financial statements and identify key business drivers and risks
- Support senior bankers in client engagements and strategic advisory work
- Maintain financial databases and ensure accuracy of all outputs
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- Strong academic track record
- 13 years relevant experience in:
- Corporate finance
- Investment banking
- Transaction advisory
- Private equity / consulting (advantageous)
Technical & Competency Requirements:
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF comparables transaction multiples)
- Strong analytical and quantitative ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
