- Support the execution of a variety of capital markets and corporate finance transactions.
- Analyze financial information to identify commercial trends risks and opportunities.
- Assist with financial due diligence and transaction support engagements.
- Prepare financial models valuation analyses and investment presentations.
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the preparation of transaction documentation business cases and client deliverables.
- Work closely with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients and professional advisors while supporting multiple live transactions.
- Develop a strong understanding of deal structures capital raising activities and investment opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to business development initiatives.
- Newly qualified CA(SA).
- Strong academic record.
- Solid technical accounting and financial reporting foundation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong financial modeling aptitude or a keen interest in developing modeling capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in corporate finance investments and Capital Markets.
- Professional driven and eager to build a career within transaction advisory.
