Job Title:Control room operator

Reports to:Control room manager

Location:Nelspruit Control Room

Role Purpose:

• Tomaintaineffective radio communication between controlroomsand operational teams in the field.

• Tomaintainreal time monitoring coordinatingloggingand response to incidents and events efficiently.

• Tomonitordesignated platforms detect alerts escalatethreatsandmaintainoperational visibility acrossmonitoredinfrastructure.

Keyresponsibilities:

Operational control monitoring

• Continuouslymonitorassigned systems (Hik-CentralAjexExecuguard I-Talk PTT Amber fleet Amber portal Deep alert).

• Escalate any deviations any system fault or any site faults to the sector manager and dedicated team to confirm the status of theinfrastructure thenescalate toFidelity technical department and standby technician on duty.

• Respondimmediatelyto all trigger alerts oranimalities.

• Co-ordinate response to incidents and other emergencies.

• Escalate all incidents to sector manager DSM Contract manager and investigators.

• Maintainreal-timesituational awareness across all monitored zones.

• Validate tactical team hourly reports and GPS locations.

• Monitor that tactical vehicles are not stationary (parked) fora periodexceeding 20 minutes.

• Record all incidentsalertschecks and communication logs accurately.

• Report platform faults or delay alerts to the control room manager.

• Follow escalation protocols in case of treatbreachornon-conformance.

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company code of conduct.
