NAIL TECHNICIAN (FIXED TERM SEASONAL)

V&A WATERFONT Cape Town - W-Cape (South Africa) ZA

START: ASAP / October 2026 (6-months)

REPORT TO: Head Therapist / Owner

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm
• Saturday 09:00am - 14:00pm

REMUERATION & BENEFITS:

• R7500 - R10000 per month BASIC Salary - neg. based on skills
• Treatment Commission
  
• Retail Commission

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid permit for employment in South Africa - we DO NOT issue permits. Permits will be verified by DHA
2. Certified by an accredited training provider to perform Nail Technology
3. BONUS - ITEC Diploma
4. Be based in the greater Cape Town areas with reliable transport into the Waterfront.
5. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable - you must look the part - including your nails.
6. Confident to perform a variety of Nail Systems including:
   - Manicure & Pedicure
   - Polygel
   - Shape Analysis
   - Gel overlay
   - Gel Tips
   - Nail Art skills are always welcome
7. At least 3 Years performing professional Nail Services
8. Prior employment experience in an upmarket day spa high-street salon or cruise ship.
9. Able to build long lasting rapport with your clients.
10. Team player - however able to run your own schedule and meet KPIs aligned with your duties
