We are seeking an experienced Multi-Discipline Draughtsman with a proven track record in process plant design to join a dynamic engineering team delivering large-scale industrial projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple engineering disciplines while working on technically challenging projects from concept through to commissioning.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings for process plant projects
- Develop General Arrangement fabrication assembly and installation drawings
- Collaborate with Mechanical Structural Piping Process and Electrical Engineers
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications industry standards and client requirements
- Assist with plant layouts equipment placement piping routing and design optimisation
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain accurate project documentation
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Draughting qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in the design and draughting of process plants
- Proficiency in leading CAD software packages
- Strong understanding of mechanical piping and structural draughting principles
- Experience producing detailed manufacturing and construction drawings
- Ability to interpret engineering calculations P&IDs and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
