Job Summary

Job Description:
- Lead the planning coordination and management of multi-disciplinary projects and programmes
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery
- Procure coordinate and manage sub-consultants and external service providers
- Monitor project progress quality budgets and deliverables
- Compile feasibility studies design reports and tender adjudication documentation
- Support tender submissions and identify opportunities for business development
- Implement and maintain effective site and project quality management processes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the design and/or management of transportation or multi-disciplinary projects
- At least 5 years post-professional registration experience
- Proven experience in project and programme management
- Strong client liaison and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing sub-consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong report writing planning coordination and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness with exposure to tenders and business development
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Valid drivers licence
Qualification:
BEng / BSc in Civil Engineering
Professional registration as a PrEng or PrCPM
PMP certification/registration would be advantageous
