Our client is a Workshop Super Hub and this isnt just another dealership or service centre. This is a flagship operation built to do things differently and theyre looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the this role youll be responsible for Customer Reception Workshop Administration Multi-Franchise Coordination across several OEMs Quotations & Upselling WIP Management Customer Communication Invoicing & Vehicle Handover Cash & Deposit Management Warranty & Maintenance Plan Administration and ultimately ensuring an exceptional Customer Experience from booking to vehicle collection. To apply youll need a minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience within a multi-brand dealership environment together with solid working knowledge of Keyloop CDK or similar. Youll need a mind that can switch OEMS customers and priorities at speed thick skin and steady nerves when the workshop heats up and a sharp eye for detail that refuses to let anything slip through the cracks. Most importantly youll be customer-focused an excellent communicator and able to speak both car and people.
You wont just be filling a seat. Youll be part of the foundation team helping shape a bold new approach to vehicle servicing and building the customer journey.
Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License
- 2 years of Service Advisor experience within a franchised motor dealership (multi-brand dealership environment preferred)
- Working knowledge of Keyloop CDK or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English and Afrikaans communication skills.
- Own reliable transport
- Stable work history
