Mine Overseer

• Lead and coordinate safe and efficient execution of short- to medium-term production plans.
• Manage operational teams and support frontline leadership to optimise performance and accountability.
• Coordinate production activities resource allocation and operational logistics to ensure effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and operational standards.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct inspections identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support budgeting cost control and sustainable operational performance.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support operational objectives.

• Grade 12
• 5 years experience as a Mine Overseer within an underground mining environment
• 3-5 years experience in a deep level trackless mine
• Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency
• Proven experience in implementing and driving operational SHE initiatives and campaigns.
• Sound knowledge of applicable Mine Health and Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering operational projects and managing contractor activities.
• Valid Drivers License
