Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Mining Engineering Degree or NQF 7 equivalent
- Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- Blasting Certificate
- Management Development Program
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Mine Overseer is essential
