Millwright

A leading water treatment and sanitation solutions provider is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal operational efficiency maintenance and fault-finding of mechanical and electrical equipment within water treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install maintain and repair mechanical equipment including pumps valves blowers and piping systems

• Troubleshoot inspect and perform preventative maintenance on electrical control panels motors and instrumentation

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimize system downtime

• Conduct precision alignment rigging and fitting of heavy machinery

• Adhere strictly to industry health safety and environmental compliance standards

Requirements

• Qualified Millwright (Trade Test / Red Seal required)

• Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 35 years of post-apprenticeship experience within water treatment sanitation or heavy utility process environments

• Strong proficiency in fault-finding across both electrical systems and mechanical plant machinery

• Valid drivers license and flexibility to respond to standby duties or emergency repairs
