Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supermarket Merchandiser to ensure products are well-stocked properly displayed and attractively presented in-store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining shelf standards monitoring stock levels and ensuring excellent product visibility to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities
Stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.
Ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged products.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Maintain clean neat and organized shelves and display areas.
Assist with promotional displays and product launches.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
Provide feedback on customer purchasing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Previous merchandising or retail experience will be advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to lift and move stock.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to work weekends public holidays and shifts when required.
