Duties & Responsibilities
Job & Company description:
Join an established international multidisciplinary engineering services contractor delivering complex projects across data centres pharmaceuticals power and other high-value engineering sectors. Youll work within a collaborative technology-driven environment that values technical excellence innovation and career development with exposure to major projects and modern BIM and digital construction practices.
Develop and coordinate constructible 3D MEP models and accurate 2D installation drawings using Revit Plant 3D and Advanced Steel. Perform clash detection in Navisworks maintain federated models support BIM coordination meetings and resolve site clashes. Conduct site verification contribute to constructability reviews produce record drawings and ensure deliverables comply with project BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree in Engineering Architecture Design or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in MEP detailing BIM modelling or BIM coordination ideally within building services engineering contracting or construction.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks with experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
- Practical experience with 3D MEP modelling 2D installation drawings clash detection federated models and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 BIM/CDE workflows and constructability with strong communication teamwork and ability to work to demanding project deadlines.
