Description
A leading diagnostic laboratory is looking for a skilled Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist to join its laboratory team and contribute to delivering accurate reliable and timely diagnostic results.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Medical Technology Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) where applicable to the role.
Previous experience in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory environment will be advantageous.
Knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies quality control and specimen handling procedures.
Strong analytical problem-solving and technical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Good communication organisational and teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining professional standards confidentiality and patient safety.
