Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree (BSc/BEng/BTech) in Mechanical Engineering
- GCC Factories will be advantageous.
- Registration with ECSA as Pr Eng Pr Tech Eng Pr Cert Eng or Pr Eng Techni will be advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Experience managing engineering maintenance activities within a production environment.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with maintenance management systems.
Key Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance strategies root cause analysis safety management quality management and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership and people management capability.
- Budgeting and cost control experience.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and foster a high-performance culture.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency and ERP system knowledge.
