Massage Therapist

We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join a cruise ship spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage and wellness treatments while creating a relaxing professional and memorable experience for guests.

• Perform a variety of professional massage treatments according to guest needs.
• Conduct consultations to understand guests preferences and wellness goals.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on guest needs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene cleanliness and safety.
• Provide professional and personalised guest service throughout each treatment.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow spa procedures.
• Promote spa treatments packages and products when appropriate.
• Assist with maintaining a clean organised and welcoming treatment area.
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Meet onboard service and sales targets where applicable.
• Follow all company spa health and safety standards.

• Recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Previous professional massage therapy experience.
• Demonstrated cruise ship spa experience.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional friendly and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
