The Opportunity

Join Micromine as our Marketing Manager AMEE based in Johannesburg where youll lead the regional marketing strategy across Africa the Middle East and Europe. Working closely with regional and global leaders youll shape brand presence accelerate demand generation and deliver marketing initiatives that directly support business growth in one of our most diverse and strategically important regions.

• Shape the regional marketing strategy and influence commercial growth.
• Lead high-impact campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate demand.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic business outcomes.
• Strengthen market positioning across a diverse and strategically important region.
• Bring customer insights and market intelligence into business decision-making.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent innovative marketing initiatives.

What you need to succeed

• Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 5 years senior B2B marketing experience including campaign and event management.
• Proven success developing and delivering strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
• Experience leading marketing teams budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Mining industry or technical software experience with HubSpot or CRM knowledge will be highly regarded.
