- Marketing and customer data to identify trends opportunities and performance insights
- Developing dashboards reports and visualisations to support decision-making
- Monitoring campaign performance across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Measuring and reporting on KPIs including ROI ROAS CAC LTV conversion rates and customer engagement metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and optimise budget allocation
- Conducting customer segmentation audience analysis and behavioural reporting
- Collaborating with marketing CRM sales and business teams to support strategic initiatives
- Implementing tracking attribution and data quality framework.
- Presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Staying up to date with analytics tools measurement methodologies and industry best practices
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Marketing Business Economics Computer Science or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics Data Analysis Business Intelligence or a related field
- Proven experience analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable business insights
- Experience working with large datasets and marketing performance reporting
- Exposure to CRM platforms customer analytics and marketing attribution models will be advantageous
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Looker Studio Power BI Tableau Excel and SQL
- Experience working with marketing campaign and customer data
- Knowledge of attribution modelling customer segmentation forecasting and performance measurement.
- Ability to create dashboards reports and data visualisations for stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and reporting requirements
- Relevant certifications in Analytics Data Visualisation Google Analytics Power BI Tableau or related disciplines will be advantageous
