Marketing Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a data expert to join our marketing team as a Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and analysing campaign performance customer behaviour and loyalty programme data; and presenting insights and learnings to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Analysis:
• Analyse the performance of various marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g. email social media).
• Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to inform future campaigns.
• Manage the targeted campaigns calendar.
• Liaise with various departments (e.g. designers and copywriters) to prepare targeted campaigns.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Customer Analysis:
• Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Understand customer profiles and identify target audiences for specific marketing initiatives.
• Direct Marketing Mailer Performance:
• Monitor email open rates click-through rates and conversion rates.
• Analyse email content and design to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for optimising email content and frequency.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Collect clean and organize marketing data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for the marketing team.
• Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Support Marketing Team:
• Provide data-driven insights to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Experience in a similar role and minimum 2 years working experience required.
• Bachelors degree in marketing Statistics Business Analytics or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
