An established organisation within a technical and commercially driven environment is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys analysing business performance engaging with clients and turning financial information into meaningful commercial insights.The role offers exposure to management accounting and financial analysis within an environment where innovation and technology are increasingly shaping the way finance operates.
If youre someone with a strong personality excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in how AI can improve finance processes this could be an excellent next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis
- Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making
- Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
- Explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI and technology within finance
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualifications:- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification essential
- Approximately 5 years finance experience
- 1-2 years post-qualification experience preferred
- Management accounting and financial analysis experience essential
- Manufacturing Engineering or related industry exposure advantageous
- Strong financial analysis capabilities
- Excellent management accounting knowledge
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Confident personality with the ability to engage with stakeholders
- Commercially minded and solutions-focused
- Innovative mindset with an interest in AI and technology
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
