Enable plant stability through optimization of planning processes with support to planning personnel to ensure effective and productive utilization of systems and processes.
- Consistently deliver on all service level agreements.
- Deliver quality cost effective service and support on time.
- Awareness focus and control of cost/budget.
- Accept and implement Technical expertise and advice in order to improve business performance.
- Technical/operating systems and models- Produced new value adding service and product delivery that transformed an aspect of the business.
- Establish and ensure that professional standards for service provision are met (Policies practices standards procedures and methods: application and review).
