STORE MANAGER LUXURY RETAIL BRAND

Location: Kimberley
Salary: R18000 per month plus commission

An established luxury retail brand is seeking a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead its Kimberley store.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the stores daily operations.

• Lead motivate and develop the retail team.

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

• Manage stock merchandising and loss prevention.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand standards.

• Prepare staff rosters and monitor employee performance.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Complete store administration and sales reporting.

Minimum requirements:

• At least three years retail management experience.

• Previous experience within luxury premium or high-end retail is advantageous.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

• Willingness to work retail hours weekends and public holidays.

• Must reside in Kimberley or be willing to relocate.
