Khula Human Capital is seeking a dynamic polished and results-driven Luxury Cluster Store Manager to oversee multiple high-end retail locations within the Constantia and Somerset areas.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a passion for luxury brands exceptional client service and strong leadership capability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric essential)
• Minimum 4 years experience in a luxury retail management role
• Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
• Own reliable transport
• Willing and able to travel between Constantia and Somerset West
• Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations
• Drive sales targets KPIs and profitability
• Lead motivate and develop high-performing retail teams
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience at all times
• Manage stock control merchandising and visual standards
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategic improvements
• Ensure operational excellence compliance and brand alignment
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally
• Recruit train and performance-manage staff
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
