The Opportunity

Requirements
Previous Sous Chef experience preferably within a luxury lodge safari or 4-star/5-star hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Confident team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for exceptional guest experiences
