City of Newcastle has an opportunity for an innovative Learning and Development Lead to permanently join the Workforce Strategy & Excellence team.

As the L&D Lead you will lead a talented high-performing team to deliver human-centred high-impact capability initiatives that support organisational growth and excellence. Youll champion contemporary learning design lead strategic development programs and collaborate across CN to strengthen culture engagement and change readiness.

You will help deliver major strategic projects secure funding opportunities including grants and government programs and use insights and analytics to embed continuous improvement. From developing future talent pipelines to strengthening organisational capability and wellbeing this is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned learning and development leader ready to shape the future.

Remuneration: $148684.13 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
