Through a combination of structured learning and on-the-job experience you will develop the knowledge skills and professional competencies required to build a successful career in the financial services sector including but not limited to: 

• Understanding the financial and regulatory framework 
• Employee benefits administration  
• Group risk benefits 
• Operations and business processes 
• Member and employer query resolution 
• Customer service and client support 
• Professional workplace skills

Level of Qualification: Matric

Additional Information :

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
• Attained Math or Math Lit 60% and above 
• Attained English 60% and above
• Currently not employed 
• Currently not registered on any other learnership
• Currently not studying at any other institution
