Job Description:
Lead and oversee the Business Analysis Systems Analysis Data Delivery Helpdesk Testing and Desktop Support functions. Drive IT strategy technology delivery governance and operational excellence while partnering with executive leadership to achieve business objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar senior IT leadership role
- Strong IT strategy development and execution experience
- Experience managing complex environments with automation and system integrations
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at MANCO and EXCO level
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure architecture integrations and cloud environments
- Experience leading enterprise technology delivery initiatives
- Vendor service provider and IT budget management expertise
- Knowledge of cyber security disaster recovery risk management and governance frameworks
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Passion for driving efficiencies innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field
- Experience within a regulated financial services environment advantageous
- Experience with data governance and information management frameworks advantageous
- Experience managing technology investments and cost optimisation initiatives advantageous
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams advantageous
