Lead Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design development from concept through to detailed design.
• Coordinate structural requirements with other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams.
• Review engineering work for accuracy quality and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate engineering professionals.
• Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and technical outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

• . Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering specialization (Masters degree beneficial)
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience after professional registration.
• Revit and Prokon proficiency is essential.
• Experience with reinforcement detailing advantageous.
• Exposure and usage of Microsoft Project would be beneficial.
