REPORT TO: Practice Manager / Director

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Saturday by appointment only (Based on operations)

REMUERATION & BENEFITS:

• Guaranteed Basic Salary - B/O market skills and relevant experience
• Treatment Commission 10%
  
• Retail Commission 10%
• Excellent earning potential

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-years based on your professional designation)
2. Must be based in the greater Cape Town / West Coast with reliable transport
3. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable - professional appearance for an industry professional
4. Prior employment experience within a credible Aesthetic environment with exposure to advanced clinical procedures (Dermatology Practice / Medi-Spa / Aesthetic Clinic or Salon)
5. Experience and confident working with advanced active ingredients and within your scope of practice as an Aesthetic Therapist or Somatologist
6. Able to build long lasting rapport with your clients and maintain our image in the industry and local community - our clients include high profile individuals and discretion is absolutely required
7. Team player - however able to run your own schedule and meet KPIs aligned with your duties
8. Confidently prescribe relevant follow-up procedures and home-care regime based on client expectations and requirements
9. Confident speaking to medical professionals and high profile clients alike
