Job Summary

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager who knows that great account management is about more than simply managing a client list
Our client a well-established Courier company based in Johannesburg is looking for a dynamic individual to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive continued business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key courier & distribution accounts
Build strong long-term relationships with decision-makers
Identify opportunities to upsell cross-sell and grow revenue
Drive client retention and exceptional service delivery
Understand customer needs and provide commercially sound solutions
Work closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met
Monitor account performance revenue and profitability
Develop new opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

Experienced in Key Account Management within courier distribution or logistics
Strong at building and maintaining senior-level client relationships
Commercially aware without being purely sales-driven
Excellent at managing multiple high-value accounts
Proactive solutions-focused and customer-centric
Confident in negotiations presentations and client meetings
Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
