Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will support the design and development of engaging training materials that help contact center baes build the knowledge and skills required to deliver excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning design content creation and improving learner engagement.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials including PowerPoint presentations learner guides job aids and facilitator guides

Convert operational processes and policies into clear easy-to-understand training content

Assist in developing onboarding refresher and upskilling training programs

Create assessments quizzes and scenario-based learning activities

Update and maintain training materials when processes or systems change

Collaborate with trainers QA teams and operations to identify training needs

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) Essential

Diploma or qualification in HR Training & Development Education Communications or Instructional Design Advantageous

12 months experience in a training or content development environment - Preferred

Strong writing content design and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel

Required Skills:

Grade 12 Certificate with English and Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy. Minimum 3 years proven Team Leader experience in a contact center (BPO) environment. Experience within the Healthcare Medical Pharmacy or Patient Support sectors is advantageous. Tertiary qualification in a related field (advantageous). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams. High level of accountability professionalism and responsibility for team performance. Organized analytical and highly target-driven. Ability to prepare accurate performance reports and communicate insights to management. Strong customer focus and excellent people management skills. Ability to engage with clients three times a week on your performance South African Citizen. Own transport (advantageous). Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts aligned with UK time zones. High proficiency in English (read write speak). Clear criminal record.
