Introduction
Junior Sales Representative
Location: Garden Route (George)
Closing Date: 01 July 2026
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (Cape Town)
Job Purpose
To call on pharmacies promote allocated products and manage category performance to drive visibility sales growth and customer engagement across the region.
Required Learning
- Grade 12; tertiary qualification in Commerce or Science advantageous
- Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Knowledge of Independent & Corporate Pharmacy
- Proven exposure to selfmedication and FMCG markets
- Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
Key Outputs
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Respond professionally to customer queries and complaints
- Analyse regional sales competitor activity and market trends to support action plans
- Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively
- Identify new product opportunities and regional growth areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers and Key Opinion Leaders
- Drive product visibility merchandising standards and space optimisation within pharmacies
