Introduction
A leading company within the construction and electrical sector based in Silverton Pretoria is looking for a professionally qualified graduate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications with preferably 5 years experience in the Construction industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing pre-qualification evaluations
- Bill of Quantitys setup and update
- Bid Evaluations Reports Bill Verifications Preparation of Tenders
- Tender Documents including conditions of contracts.
- Preparing of Sub Contractor
- Claims
- Project Cost Reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications with preferably 5 years experience in the Construction industry.
- Microsoft Office applications
- Buildsmart
- Candy (CCS)
Package & Remuneration
R 27 000 - R 32 000 CTC pm.
