Job Summary
Background:
- Excellent career opportunity within a manufacturing company for a Coordinator to assist with coordinating projects within the small works division based in Cape Town
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 Years experience within an electrical manufacturing environment
- Experience in the panel manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Recognised qualification in supply chain is an advantage
- Stores and inventory handling is advantageous
- Responsible for the project administration of projects in small works
- Ensure Customer credit facility approvals and resolve payment queries
- Process creditors reconcile for payment
- Update order status/order tracking
- Load sales orders in SAP system
- Create SAP job numbers
- Order BOM for jobs
- Order consumables
- Originate invoices dispatch notes and delivery notes
- Generate purchase orders and expedite materials
- Receipt of stock and capture into SAP
- Create sales orders and sales order transfers
- Request for the creation of stock codes
- Maintain stock levels
- Stock labelling and storage housekeeping
- Pick stock for allocated jobs
- Order dispatching
- Liaise with the Logistics Department on stock-related issues
- Ensure good housekeeping and maintain the 5S standards
- Facilitate clear communications between other divisions and departments in the Group
