Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of domestic EFT payments
- Capture and maintain beneficiary and banking information
- Verify banking details against supporting documentation
- Assist with payment pack preparation and verification
- Check invoices and supporting documentation before payments are processed
- Assist with resolving payment discrepancies and queries
- Support daily banking administration and cash position reporting
- Assist with inter-account transfers and scheduled payments
- Maintain accurate payment records and filing
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant Finance Accounting Banking or Business qualification
- Previous experience in Payments Accounts Payable or finance administration advantageous
- Exposure to corporate banking platforms advantageous
- Sage or similar accounting system experience advantageous
- Strong Excel and computer skills
