What youll do
- Sell to and connect with customers across email WhatsApp phone and social media building relationships and closing sales
- Respond to customer queries with warmth and professionalism across all channels
- Take product photos and create on-brand social media content and creatives
- Run our social media presence (Instagram Facebook TikTok) posting engaging and growing our audience
- Handle structured admin: orders stock records scheduling and general day-to-day operations
- Pitch in wherever needed as the business grows
Required Skills:
A few years experience in the jewelry industry or relevant studies in the field Demonstrable social media experience this is a core part of the role not a nice-to-have Confident friendly communicator across written and spoken channels A natural seller who enjoys helping people find the right piece Comfortable with photography and creating visual content (or eager to learn fast) Organised reliable and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently A genuine love for jewelry design & sales
