Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Junior Marketer to join the Port Elizabeth team
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
- Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist with event planning promotions and activations
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Develop engaging content for social media websites email campaigns and promotional materials
- Create marketing copy aligned with the companys brand voice
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar
- Capture professional-quality photographs of products services events staff and corporate activities
- Edit and enhance images using professional editing software
- Create visual content for social media website brochures and advertising campaigns
- Maintain an organised digital image library
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions where necessary
- Track social media performance metrics
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 to 3 years experience in a marketing content creation or digital marketing role
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage
- Demonstrable photography experience with a portfolio of work
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Lightroom Illustrator)
- Strong photography and image editing skills
- Valid drivers license essential
- Own vehicle will be an advantage
Required Skills:
