Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and effective design solutions for a variety of projects including print and digital materials - Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures flyers social media graphics and email campaigns - Use your knowledge of design principles and industry trends to create innovative and eye-catching designs - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their objectives - Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail - Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques to constantly improve and enhance your skills - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for projects - Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all materials - Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the design team Requirements: - Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print - A passion for design and a desire to constantly learn and improve - Experience in web design and coding is a plus - Must be able to work in a team environment and independently If you are a creative and driven individual looking to jumpstart your career in graphic design we would love to hear from you.
