Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and process all daily fuel consumption fleet transactions and logistical records.
- Monitor fuel usage data identify discrepancies and compile administrative summaries for the fleet management team.
- Work closely alongside logistics personnel and fleet supervisors to ensure essential operational paperwork is systematically maintained.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity and maintain organized filing systems to optimize smooth daily logistical workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
- This position is strictly open to permanent administrative professionalsactive students and recent university/college graduates will not be considered by our client
- Experience Level: Foundational junior-level administrative experience.
- Strong numeric accuracy sharp attention to detail and a high level of basic computer literacy for data capturing workflows.
