Junior DevOps Engineer Roodepoort R360K PA

Are you passionate about Linux automation and modern infrastructure Were looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help support scalable reliable and automated systems.

Minimum Requirements:

12 years experience in Linux support infrastructure or a DevOps-related role
Basic Linux administration skills
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Familiarity with Git and version control
Exposure to scripting (Bash Python or similar)
Understanding of CI/CD concepts

Advantageous Skills:

Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
Experience with GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Jenkins
Cloud platform exposure (AWS Azure or GCP)
Terraform or Ansible knowledge
Basic understanding of monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps & Automation
Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Support automated deployments and infrastructure processes
Write and maintain automation scripts
Assist with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
