Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with mergers & acquisitions and transaction advisory projects
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Conducting company valuations and financial analysis
- Preparing pitch decks presentations and investment memorandums
- Performing market and industry research
- Supporting due diligence processes
- Analysing financial statements and business performance
- Assisting senior team members on live transactions and client engagements
Ideal Candidates Typically Possess:
- BCom Finance Accounting Economics Investment Management or a related qualification
- Honours Degree CFA progress or FMVA advantageous
- 13 years experience within corporate finance transaction advisory audit valuations or investment banking
- Strong Excel analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
