Job Summary
Our client a well-established and growing organisation within the financial services sector is looking for a Junior Compliance Manager to support the business in maintaining strong regulatory governance and compliance standards.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Relevant degree or qualification in Law Compliance Risk Management Finance or a related field.
24 years experience in a compliance regulatory or risk environment.
Experience within financial services or a regulated environment will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of relevant South African legislation and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of FAIS FICA POPIA and related financial services legislation will be advantageous.
RE5 certification will be advantageous/required depending on regulatory responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
