Package & Benefits

Salary: R6000 R8000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Stellenbosch Western Cape

Live-out position (own transport and valid drivers license required)

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations

Support staff in delivering seamless guest service across dining and event spaces

Handle reservations guest enquiries and ensure smooth table management

Monitor service standards and assist in training junior staff

Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations

Contribute to the coordination of special events and functions

Provide hands-on support to the team ensuring efficiency and professionalism at all times

Minimum Requirements

Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or team support role (luxury environment advantageous)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach

Organisational ability and attention to detail in managing front-of-house tasks

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
