Introduction
Our client is seeking a JSE-approved Debt Executive to join their firm in Johannesburg
Requirements include:
- Approved JSE Debt Authorised Representative / Approved Executive.
- Strong working knowledge of JSE DSS Requirements.
- Experience in debt capital markets listed debt instruments and interacting with the JSE Issuer Regulation Division.
- Ability to act as a sponsor signatory preferred
- Experience at a Debt Sponsor investment bank or advisory firm.
- Experience reviewing programme memoranda and pricing supplements.
- Strong regulatory and compliance background.
