IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2) Onsite
A skilled IT Systems Engineer is sought to deliver onsite support and lead infrastructure implementations across client environments. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with structured IT project execution and service management.
Key Focus Areas:
- Advanced desktop server and network support
- Microsoft 365 Azure and virtualization deployments
- IT project implementation: onboarding configuration and tool rollout
- ITIL/COBIT5-aligned service delivery: risk release and configuration management
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation
- Professional client support and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years technical support and field experience
- CompTIA A N MCSA or equivalent (AZ900/MS900)
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure
- ITIL framework knowledge (certification advantageous)
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects
