IT Systems and Project Manager

• Evaluate software according to business needs
• Lead and manage endtoend delivery of IT projects (applications system upgrades software development projects and system implementations)
• Develop project scopes plans budgets and resource allocations
• Track and report on progress risks and milestones
• Coordinate internal IT and business teams and thirdparty vendors for implementation
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal business systems and thirdparty platforms using APIs middleware and other integration tools
• Ensure data consistency and synchronization across multiple systems and platforms
• Design and implement automated workflows and data exchange processes between applications

• Develop and maintain the IT department budget
• Manage mentor train and develop a multidisciplinary IT systems team of system admins support staff and developers
• Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance reviews and oversee team workload balancing

• Oversee the administration and performance of businesscritical systems:
  
  • ERP and associated applications
  • SharePoint
  • WMS
  • POS
• Coordinate upgrades patching and lifecycle management of business systems and applications

• Develop and enforce IT policies procedures and compliance standards for all business systems and applications
• Ensure IT policies are enforced
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business needs
• Provide escalation support for complex incidents or service disruptions
• Gather and understand software requirements from business divisions
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and design documentation
• Implement integrations with thirdparty service providers

• Preferred: bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or related field (or equivalent handson experience and certifications)
• IT Management & Administration
• Business Administration (MBA)
• Project Management
• 510 years of total experience in IT roles including:
  
  • 35 years of experience leading IT projects (systems or applications)
• Proven ability to manage full project life cycles from planning to closeout
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP WMS POS)
