This client-facing role focuses on identifying opportunities designing tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions and supporting the sales process from discovery through to deal closure.

This client-facing role focuses on identifying opportunities designing tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions and supporting the sales process from discovery through to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify IT and technology requirements
- Conduct site assessments and solution discovery sessions
- Design and present solutions across:
- Managed IT Services
- Networking & Infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud
- Cybersecurity
- Prepare proposals pricing and solution designs
- Support sales teams in presenting solutions and closing opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of networking Microsoft 365 cybersecurity and server fundamentals
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a consultative client-facing environment
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
Advantageous:
- Experience in IT pre-sales managed services or IT sales
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft CCNA CompTIA MikroTik Sophos etc.)
- Experience with cloud technologies firewalls and managed IT solutions
