IT Helpdesk Support

W.A G is a business consulting and services firm operating out of Centurion South Africa maintaining a team of 11 to 50 professionals.

You will work on-site at our Centurion office on a 40-hour per week 12-month contract providing IT helpdesk support for our internal technology operations and infrastructure.

• An interest in information technology and a strong desire to build a practical foundation in the field.

• Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Strong communication skills for assisting colleagues with technical inquiries.

The salary for this role is ZAR per month.

You will take on day-to-day IT support tasks resolving internal technical tickets and assisting colleagues with hardware and software setups. Working directly with the team in Centurion you will learn how core IT operations run and help maintain reliable technology infrastructure.
