Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to drive business transformation process improvement and technology innovation across the organisation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders IT teams and leadership to deliver strategic solutions optimise systems and support digital transformation initiatives including AI-driven automation and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple complex projects.
- Gather analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
- Manage project lifecycles ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines.
- Facilitate testing user training change management and solution adoption.
- Analyse existing systems and recommend enhancements and technology improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Support data-driven decision-making through data analysis and reporting initiatives.
Requirements
- 12-15 years experience in Business Analysis Systems Analysis or related IT roles.
- Relevant degree in IT Business Computer Science Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong experience delivering technology and business improvement projects.
- Proven project leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and process-mapping skills.
- Experience working with relational databases and data analysis.
- SQL experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advantageous Experience
- FMCG distribution manufacturing or related industry exposure.
- Software development experience.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives.
- Exposure to HTML5 Blazor C# .NET SQL Syspro and Tableau.
